For many life can be overwhelming and difficult times. My goal is to provide with you with a safe and supportive environment where you can be heard and provided with high quality psychotherapy that covers every facet of your life. My clients leave therapy feeling empowered, refreshed, and more optimistic about their lives. I will work with you at your pace to achieve wellness in all areas of your life and meet your goals.
I hold a Masters in Clinical Psychology from the New School and a Masters in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University. I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut and a Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC II) in New York. I am certified and trained in several treatment modalities including CBT, EMDR, DBT, CPT, humanistic, ACT, mind-body approaches, and others. While my theoretical orientation is cognitive behavioral therapy I tailor psychotherapy to the individual and will decide which treatment modalities to use after the initial visit.
In session I am warm, accepting, affirming, and bring my sense of humor. I have a strong focus on integrative psychotherapy and mindfulness, which I’m happy to include in our sessions. Let’s figure out what works best for you – feel free to reach out for a free phone consultation. I provide teletherapy making therapy and appointments easier than ever.
